  • Europe Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

Please note: During product launches and Limited Edition Drops, processing and delivery times may take longer due to high demand.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cannolis Clothing as much as we loved creating it. If it’s not the perfect fit, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

  • Exchanges: We offer size and style exchanges if the desired item is in stock.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@cannolisculture.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (where applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.

Important Notes

  • Limited Edition Drops: Due to exclusivity, all sales on limited drops are final.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
